Hi, I’m Martina.
I grew up in direct sales. Not as a theory, but as lived experience.
It shaped how I think about leadership, growth, and people.
Direct sales is not just my field of expertise - it’s my foundation.
Coming from an entrepreneurial family deeply rooted in direct sales and network marketing, I learned early on how this industry really works.
Not from books, but first-hand – through my father, who built and led companies as both an executive and a founder.
I built my own career in Germany, starting in marketing and later becoming Global Marketing Director. I led an international team of 30, developed global strategies, and worked closely with executive leadership. I’ve seen what drives growth - and what quietly holds organizations back.
Today, I support companies in the direct sales and MLM industry in strengthening their positioning and creating sustainable growth. I work with leaders and teams to sharpen marketing and communication strategy, clarify identity, and build connections that are real - with markets, customers, and people inside the organization.
What defines my work is how I approach it: I listen carefully, ask the questions that matter, and think across functions and perspectives. I’m not interested in noise or quick fixes. I care about clarity, direction, and decisions that actually move things forward.
